Here is what we did today:

  1. Lots of fun games.
  2. Reviewed the list of Chinese characters, pinyin and opposite words from last Quiz (see the handout).
  3. Continued with everyday conversation regarding food/eating.
  4. Practiced the show.
  5. Practiced Chinese writing (see the handout).
  6. Reviewed math: counting by 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s.
  7. Science experiment: Magic Color Change with Red Cabbage Juice Powder.

Homework:

Practice the show and practice reading the everyday conversation (see the take-home handout) at home.

Here is what we did today:

  1. Lots of fun games.
  2. Quiz. We had a session end quiz and everyone did well.
  3. Learned everyday conversation regarding food/eating.
  4. Practiced the show.
  5. Practiced Chinese writing(see the handout).
  6. Reviewed math.
  7. Science experiment: Magic Wand Lava.

Homework:

Practice reading the everyday conversation (see the take-home handout) at home.

Announcement

Dear Parents,

We have a group of super-talented students in our camp so we decided to make a show. The performance will be on Dec. 14th, 2015. You are all invited to come and watch!

Here is what we did today:

  1. Lots of fun games.
  2. Reviewed the Chinese Characters learned before.
  3. Reviewed writing rules in Chinese “from top to bottom, from left to write”. Practiced writing “I love you” in Chinese.
  4. Learned and Practiced the action song “we are all good friends” .
  5. Learned “I love you, …” in Chinese and with the sign language (see the take-home handout).
  6. Learned multiplication (see the take-home Handout).
  7. Science experiment: Mix the Colors with your eyes.

Homework:

  1. Practice writing the Chinese “我爱你“ at home.
  2. Practice ”我们都是好朋友“ (see the take-home handout) with action.
